Commercial Bank – Florissant, Missouri

Grubbs & Associates was selected by Commercial Bank to design their new facility.  The project was a remodeling and addition to an existing office building that had been acquired by the client.  Our challenge was how to create a full service banking center with a new, bold appearance in an existing building that’s original intent was a medical office building.  The result was a contemporary building that expresses Commercial Bank’s commitment to serving its customer base.  The new design offers four financial service representatives, four private offices, conference room and board room.  Four tellers serve walk-in customers and safe deposit boxes are available.  Drive-through banking needs are addressed by two lanes, night deposit and an ATM.
