Disciples Terrace – Tacoma, Washington

The National Benevolent Association selected Grubbs & Associates to design NBA Disciples Terrace in Tacoma, Washington.  The project is a three-story, forty unit apartment building that was funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under Section 202, Supportive Housing for the Elderly.  The program offers funding to provide safe, secure housing for senior citizens.  Disciples Terrace includes one-bedroom apartments, social areas, activity spaces and laundry facilities.
