Dogwood Plaza – Boise, Idaho

The National Benevolent Association selected Grubbs & Associates to design NBA Estes Gardens in Boise, Idaho.  The project is a three-story, forty-two unit apartment building that was funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under Section 202, Supportive Housing for the Elderly.  The program offers funding to provide safe, secure housing for senior citizens.  Dogwood Plaza includes one-bedroom apartments, social areas, activity spaces and laundry facilities.
