Lenoir Woods – Columbia, Missouri

Grubbs & Associates served as architect of record for LSS’s Independent Living Facility in Columbia, Missouri.  The project, containing around 136,600 square feet, included seventy-nine apartment units in a four story building atop an at-grade parking garage.  The building connects to an existing structure via an elevated walkway.  The apartments feature large windows to maximize views of the wooded surroundings.
