The Bank of Edwardsville – Alton, Illinois

Our challenge in the design of this new branch building was to design a building that would fit within the limitations of a small, irregularly shaped lot. The solution was a two story facility with each floor containing 4,300 square feet. The first floor includes five financial service representatives, three private offices, conference room, walk-up tellers and safe deposit vault. Customers are also offered the convenience of drive-through banking with three remote customer kiosks, commercial window and an ATM. Trust operations, employee training and a board room are found on the second floor.
