West Community Credit Union – Brentwood, Missouri

The headquarters of West Community Credit Union has occupied their prominent site in Brentwood for 40 years, but their original building didn’t reflect their brand, nor did it accommodate their service goals.  When was determined that a remodeling wouldn’t achieve their design desires, Grubbs & Associates designed a new building on the same site that would allow construction to take place alongside the operational existing building.  The new facility adapts the flagship design that we pioneered at the Lake St. Louis branch.  It includes a soaring lobby space with clerestory windows and a retail feel, teller pods, and clean modern finishes.  The building also includes two tenant spaces and a drive-up in the rear.
