GCS Credit Union – O’Fallon, Illinois

Grubbs & Associates was selected to design a new branch office for GCS Credit Union, a repeat client.  The program called for a two-story building with 4500 square feet per floor, as well as a basement.  Much of the first level is for client services, while the second floor is for bank services, including indirect loans, telephone support, IT, and marketing.  The site is located in a residential area, so the client desired a more traditional appearance that will still create a presence in the neighborhood.
