Mason Pointe – Town & Country, Missouri

Lutheran Senior Services’ Mason Pointe campus lacked Independent Living.  Grubbs & Associates served as Architect of Record the new one hundred fifty-six Independent Living Unit and Community Center.  The ILU is three stories on a podium parking structure.  The Community Center portion of the project includes new construction and remodeled space.
